Bendy all started when…

my student society gave weekly yoga classes at the Faculty of Architecture at TU Delft. This is when we noticed how beneficial that one hour of yoga in the middle of the day was in changing our mood, concentration and energy level during the rest of the day. 

Students feel more pressured now than ever, with increasing competition and importance of social life. It is hard to keep up these days. While rates of depression and burnouts are increasing, also in students, we want to help reinstall a moment of rest. Even if it is only 30 minutes, that moment for yourself, not thinking of all the things you have to do, can all ready do something. 

 For universities we arrange weekly yoga classes at the Faculty, making it easy for the students to join in. We can also arrange stress manage event combining movement (yoga) with a workshop or talk by an expert in the field. Giving the students tools to manage their thoughts and emotions and take a moment for themselves.
