I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga and I learned from the most beautiful teachers. The class has a combination of posture, breathing exercises and meditation. 

I design my classes with the mindset of "embracing your limitations and celebrating your possibilities". Creating a safe environment with a vibe that is light and fun.

Yoga has allowed me to get to the core of my being. It’s incredibly enriching when you’re conscious of how you treat your body and therefore how you treat yourself: body, mind and spirit. I choose to share my enthusiasm and passion through teaching.
