Namaste, my name is Tinja (written like “Ninja” with a “T”). Since 2017, I am an RYT-200 registered Yoga teacher. Even though I have been practicing Yoga only for 2 years, I had more than 10+ years’ experience with rhythmic gymnastics, jazz dance, hip hop dance and standard dances. Thanks to these influences, my style is a mixture of Sivananda combined with Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yogance (Yoga dance). Prior to becoming a Yoga teacher, I was a full-time office worker for more than 6 years. Sitting long hours at the desk eventually caused my pelvis obliquity, which was healed by Yoga. That was November 2015. Having practiced Yoga since then has fully convinced me that Yoga is suitable, sometimes even life-saving, for everyone, in particular when your job requires you to sit long hours at the desk.
