We start with a slow moving meditation, to get everyone out of their workspace and into their mind (or substitute for breathing meditation). From there we will speak on the causes of stress, how stress develops and how you can recognise stress in yourself. What does stress do in your body, what bodily functions and systems does it effect, and how can breathing (exercises) help relieve stress. Finishing it all up with a breathing exercises.
